1 (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 large apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Roll out puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface. Place the dough in the prepared baking dish. Prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork.
In a medium bowl, mix together apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread the apple mixture over the pastry.
Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute over the top of the apple mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and apples are bubbly.
