Ingredients

  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil and stir to combine.
  6. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. Stir to combine and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
  8. Remove from the heat and stir in the feta cheese.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
