Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
