Ingredients

Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat evenly.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
