Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 large carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the tahini, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
  2. Add the carrots and process until everything is combined and the carrots are finely chopped.
