Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes and cut into slices.
  3. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and add to breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Dip potato slices in butter mixture and coat evenly.
  6. Place potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crispy.
