Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
- Press the dough into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter and chocolate chips. Spread over the partially baked crust.
- Sprinkle the marshmallows over the top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until marshmallows are lightly browned.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
