Ingredients
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Mix until well blended.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth. Add heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Top with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and walnuts.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
