Ingredients
- 1 cup farro
- 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved

Directions
- Cook the farro according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked farro, cherries, walnuts, red onion, and basil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, and dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the farro mixture and toss to combine.
