Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Once the ice cream is the desired consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
