Creamy Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Once the ice cream is the desired consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
