In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until combined.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Italian cheese blend, and chicken broth. Mix until combined.
In a 9x13 baking dish, layer 4 cooked lasagna noodles on the bottom. Spread the chicken mixture on top of the noodles.
Top with 4 more lasagna noodles. Spread the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the noodles.
Top with remaining 4 lasagna noodles. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
