Ingredients
- 1lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8-10 slices deli ham, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian cheese blend, shredded
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until combined.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Italian cheese blend, and chicken broth. Mix until combined.
- In a 9x13 baking dish, layer 4 cooked lasagna noodles on the bottom. Spread the chicken mixture on top of the noodles.
- Top with 4 more lasagna noodles. Spread the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the noodles.
- Top with remaining 4 lasagna noodles. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
