Ingredients
1 lb. pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb. chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bay leaf
1/4 cup water
Directions
In a large pot, combine the pork, chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, bay leaf and water.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Serve over steamed rice.
