Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
