Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) box of pasta
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey, garlic, and onion together until the turkey is cooked through.
  2. Add the broccoli and tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Serve the pasta with parmesan cheese, if desired.
