Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 strips of bacon
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Wrap each chicken thigh with a strip of bacon.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
