Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, feta cheese, capers, and black olives.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Stuff the chicken breasts with the artichoke heart mixture.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, white wine, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour the olive oil mixture over the chicken breasts.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature is 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
