Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, feta cheese, capers, and black olives.
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the artichoke heart mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, white wine, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature is 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
