Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of diced green peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced red peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced yellow peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (10-inch) pre-baked pizza crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust.
  4. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
