Ingredients

  • 2 cups coagulated curdle
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coagulated curdle, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, eggs, melted butter, cream, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
