Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, diced
- tortilla chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the salsa over the refried beans.
- Spread the sour cream over the salsa.
- Sprinkle the cheese, olives, green onions, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers over the sour cream.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
