Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix everything together with your hands until everything is evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts. Form each part into a patty about 1 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
- Place one patty on each bun and top with your favorite condiments. Serve and enjoy!
