In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix everything together with your hands until everything is evenly combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal parts. Form each part into a patty about 1 cm thick.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
Place one patty on each bun and top with your favorite condiments. Serve and enjoy!
