Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Serve over a bed of wild rice or mashed potatoes.
