Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup white wine

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the rosemary, mushrooms, white wine, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
