Ingredients
- 4 slices of Italian bread
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 cup of Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken strips in skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each slice of bread. Place chicken strips on top of each slice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Place toasts on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
