Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, flour, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pan, over the graham cracker crust. Top with the cherry pie filling.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before serving.
