Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, flour, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pan, over the graham cracker crust. Top with the cherry pie filling.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before serving.
