Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1/4 cup brie cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • Fresh herbs, to garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pear into thin slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Top each slice with a cube of brie cheese and sprinkle with black pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped walnuts and fresh herbs (optional).
  7. Serve warm.
