Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and spread into a 10-inch circle. Sprinkle the chopped figs and raisins over the dough and press lightly into the dough.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
