Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and make sure they are fully coated with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with the olive oil.
  6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
