These cheesy broccoli cauliflower tots are a perfect combination of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until they are tender. Drain well and allow to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli and cauliflower, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small tots and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to space them out evenly.
