Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails, split in half
  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp saffron threads
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
