Ingredients
- 1 cedar plank, soaked for 2 hours
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cedar plank on the grill and close the lid. Allow the plank to heat for 5 minutes.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture. Place the salmon fillets on the cedar plank, skin-side up. Close the lid and grill for 15 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
