Ingredients

  • 1 cedar plank, soaked for 2 hours
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cedar plank on the grill and close the lid. Allow the plank to heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture. Place the salmon fillets on the cedar plank, skin-side up. Close the lid and grill for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the salmon from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
