Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-2 inch cubes.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate shallow dish, pour the beaten eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, pour the bread crumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dredge the chicken cubes in the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs, and then dredge in the bread crumb mixture.
- Fry the chicken cubes for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
