- 1 pound cooked chicken, diced

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, pasta, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the red onion, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, and parsley. Toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
