Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, add the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the potatoes in an even layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then flip the tater tots and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
