Directions
In a medium-sized saucepan, stir together the sugar, corn syrup, and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.

Add the citrus peel strips and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peels are translucent.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow the peels to cool in the syrup for about 10 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the peels from the syrup and spread them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Allow the peels to cool and dry for at least 1 hour before serving.
