Ingredients

  • 2 trout fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. Stir until well combined.
  3. Place the trout fillets on a greased grill. Brush the olive oil mixture over the trout. Close the lid and grill for 5 minutes.
  4. Flip the trout and brush with more of the olive oil mixture. Grill for an additional 5 minutes or until the trout is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve with your favorite sides.
