In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until well combined. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
