Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup melted butter, and sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Spread softened vanilla ice cream over crust. Sprinkle with toffee bits and pecans.
- Drizzle with remaining melted butter. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
