Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Mix until the chicken is well coated and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and stir to combine. Cook until the broccoli is tender and the sauce has thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
