Ingredients
- 1/2 lb feta, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
- In a bowl, combine the feta cubes, olive oil, red pepper flakes, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and chopped parsley.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the feta cubes.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the feta cubes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the feta is golden and bubbling.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or pita.
