  • 1/2 pound of penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the penne.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to cool it.
  4. Transfer the cooled pasta to a large bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, parsley, basil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss to combine.
  7. Add the tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese and toss to combine.
  8. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
