Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
  4. Mix in the walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and coconut.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Allow to cool before cutting into wedges.
