  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skinless
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red chili flakes. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the salmon is cooked through.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the honey mixture to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the glaze is thick and bubbly.
  4. Serve the salmon with the glaze and enjoy!
