Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until they are almost smooth.
- Add the red onion, garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and season with salt if desired.
