  • 1 loaf white bread, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the cubed bread in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and cranberries. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, walnuts, and salt. Pour the mixture over the bread and cranberries.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
