Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, pesto sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, egg, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
