Ingredients
- 4 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the bok choy, red bell pepper and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey and soy sauce. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste.
