Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves, washed and dried

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
