Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the kumquats, orange juice, sugar, and lemon juice.

  3. Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the kumquats are tender and the mixture has thickened, about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
  5. Transfer the cooled marmalade to a jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
