- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, stir together the blueberries, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, cut the butter into the 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the oats. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the blueberries.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned and blueberry mixture is bubbly.
