Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 slices pepperjack cheese
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add bacon to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until crispy.
- Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter side down in the skillet.
- Top with pepperjack cheese, avocado, and bacon.
- Top with remaining slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove from skillet and serve.
