- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, and shredded coconut.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and roll each ball in the chocolate chips.
- Place the balls back on the baking sheet and freeze for another 15 minutes.
