Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, and shredded coconut.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the freezer and roll each ball in the chocolate chips.
  6. Place the balls back on the baking sheet and freeze for another 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy your energy bites!
